1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and FREE VIRTUAL NUMBER LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing through, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Description of the Service
The App provides access to virtual phone numbers intended for supported SMS verification and one-time-password workflows. Depending on current inventory, you may choose a supported service and country, obtain a number, and receive an incoming verification message inside the App.
The App is a technical intermediary. We do not operate, control, endorse, or represent the third-party apps and websites on which you may attempt to use a number.
3. Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App for lawful purposes on devices you own or control, in accordance with applicable App Store rules.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive source code, bypass technical protections, or create derivative works from the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the rules of any third-party service you access. You must not use the App to:
- commit fraud, impersonation, harassment, abuse, spam, phishing, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
- circumvent account bans, security controls, identity requirements, sanctions, or legal restrictions;
- create accounts or conduct activity that violates a third party’s terms, policies, or applicable law;
- interfere with, probe, attack, overload, scrape, automate against, or disrupt the App, its APIs, providers, or infrastructure;
- resell, broker, or redistribute numbers or access unless we have expressly agreed in writing.
We may restrict, cancel, or suspend access to numbers, purchases, or the App when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users or providers, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
5. In-App Purchases, Credits and Refunds
The App is free to download, but virtual numbers, credits, and related premium features are paid content. Current pricing and purchase details are shown inside the App before payment. Purchases made on iOS are processed by Apple through the App Store and are also subject to Apple’s payment terms.
Credits or similar digital balances have no cash value outside the App, are not bank deposits, and may only be used for eligible in-app services. Except where required by law or expressly offered in the App, purchases are not transferable between users.
Refund requests for App Store transactions are generally administered by Apple under Apple’s refund process and applicable law. Where the App automatically returns or restores credits after an unsuccessful supported transaction, that credit adjustment is an in-app service action and is not a cash refund.
6. Third-Party Services and Trademarks
The App may reference third-party product or company names solely to help users identify a desired verification destination. The App is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Telegram, WhatsApp, or any other third-party service unless expressly stated otherwise.
Third-party trademarks, names, logos, and brands belong to their respective owners. Your use of a third-party service remains governed by that service’s own terms and policies.
7. Number Availability and Verification Results
Number inventory, countries, supported services, delivery times, and third-party acceptance may change without notice. A number available at one moment may become unavailable later. Third parties may block, reject, rate-limit, or change their treatment of virtual or VoIP numbers.
We do not guarantee that a particular number will be accepted by a particular third-party service, that a code will arrive within a specific time, or that a third-party account will be successfully created or verified. Any specific guarantee shown inside the App for a particular transaction will control only that transaction and only to the extent expressly stated.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit to third parties using a virtual number is lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, website, software, interface, text, graphics, design, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to FREE VIRTUAL NUMBER LTD. Except for the limited license granted above, these Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, account suspension by a third party, or losses caused by telecommunications or third-party service failures.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from the App or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us through the App during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (b) the minimum amount required by applicable law.
12. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, use the service unlawfully or abusively, create risk for users or providers, or if we must do so to comply with law or provider requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
13. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded the App through Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and FREE VIRTUAL NUMBER LTD, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
The license is limited to use of the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control as permitted by the Usage Rules in Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including use through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where applicable.
To the extent any warranty exists under applicable law and the App fails to conform to it, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price of the App, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and intellectual-property infringement claims.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not listed on a U.S. Government prohibited or restricted parties list. You must comply with applicable third-party agreement terms when using the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the relevant App Store provisions against you.
14. Changes, Severability and Governing Law
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, providers, law, security practices, or business operations. The updated version will be published at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App where appropriate.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their country of residence. Subject to such mandatory consumer protections, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to FREE VIRTUAL NUMBER LTD.
